Product Manager Proficiency in Chinese

POSITION PURPOSE
The Product Manager is responsible for driving the successful development, launch, and continuous improvement of the Company’s products and solutions. Key responsibilities include defining product strategies and roadmaps, gathering and prioritizing requirements, collaborating with cross- functional teams to ensure timely delivery, and monitoring product performance to meet business goals and user needs. The Product Manager also plays a key role in fostering innovation, aligning product initiatives with market trends, and ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and usability.
JOB DESCRIPITION
Translate business requirements and user feedback into clear PRDs, wireframes, and user stories.
Lead the end- to- end product lifecycle, from concept and design to launch and post- release optimization.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and competitiveness.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user interviews to identify opportunities, risks, and improvement areas.
Define product strategies and roadmaps in alignment with company objectives, customer needs, and market trends.
Track and analyze key product performance metrics to inform future development and strategy.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to deliver high- quality products on schedule.
Coordinate with external partners, vendors, or stakeholders to ensure product features meet technical and business requirements.

Yêu cầu công việc

Excellent documentation skills (PRD, flow diagrams) and proficient in product design tools such as Axure, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Experience in Web3/blockchain- based payment systems is a plus.
Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline such as Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
Strong understanding of BNM regulations, Visa/Mastercard scheme rules, and certification processes.
Ability to manage complex system logic and collaborate effectively with engineering, operations, and compliance teams.
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Manager in fintech or payment- related systems.
Fluent in Chinese (both written and spoken).
Direct experience in acquiring platform development, including any of the following: MDR logic, merchant hierarchy configuration, transaction routing, clearing & settlement, or reconciliation.
This position is open to candidates from Vietnam, Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.

Fixed Traveling Allowance: RM300 per month.
Annual Body Check Subsidy (applicable after completing one year of service).
Attendance Allowance: RM200 per month (eligible if no lateness, early leave, or work- from- home days within the month).
Fixed Laptop Allowance: RM200 per month for up to 2 years (applicable if using your own laptop).
AIA Company Insurance Clinic Panel (applicable after confirmation).
