Product Manager SaaS, CPaaS, English

We are seeking an experienced and results- driven Product Manager to join our dynamic CPaaS App Business team. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our cloud- based communication solutions, driving their evolution from concept to market leadership. You will collaborate closely with cross- functional teams including Business, Design, Engineering, and QA to deliver outstanding SaaS products that address market demands and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
Product strategy and vision:

Champion the customer experience for your products, ensuring solutions solve real problems and deliver measurable value
Conduct research to understand market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Define and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy for your assigned application portfolio, ensuring alignment with B3Networks&039; overall objectives and market opportunities..

Product roadmap and development:

Drive the entire product lifecycle, collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, and QA, from ideation and discovery through development, launch, and post- launch iteration.
Translate strategic initiatives into clear, concise and detailed product requirements and user stories for the engineering team.
Develop, prioritize, and manage a dynamic product roadmap that reflects strategic goals, customer value, and technical feasibility.

Market and customer insight:

Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging technologies (e.g., AI in communication), and competitive dynamics relevant to your product area
Engage with Business teams to gather feedback, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement..

• Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands- on B2B product management experience, preferably within a SaaS or cloud communications environment..
• Proven track record of successfully defining, launching, and managing complex software products throughout their lifecycle..
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non- technical audiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast- paced, dynamic, and evolving technology environment.
• Data- driven decision- making and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and roadmapping software.

Bonus points (highly desired)

Prior experience working with enterprise customers or Telcos.
Experience with API- first products or platforms.
Familiarity with AI- powered tools (e.g., for research, productivity, data analysis) to enhance product management workflows.
Knowledge of telecom protocols (SIP, SMS, RCS) or related technologies.
