Analyze business requirements, prioritize product features, write PRDs/User Stories, and lead the product development team.
Monitor real- world system performance, analyze data, and gather user feedback for continuous product improvement.
Take full ownership in setting direction and developing the TMS (Transportation Management System) product.
Collaborate on building management dashboards and configuring logic rules for routing, driver dispatching, vehicle allocation, etc.
Work directly with operations teams, dispatch centers, warehouses, and drivers to thoroughly understand needs and pain points in the logistics chain.
Build a medium- to long- term product roadmap aligned with strategic goals and actual operational needs.
Coordinate with PO, UX, Development, and QA teams to ensure product quality and timely feature releases.
Oversee the entire TMS product development lifecycle: from ideation and analysis → design → implementation → UAT → release.
Define and track performance indicators (KPIs/OKRs) for the TMS domain and report to the Executive Board.
Experience Requirements:
Experienced in managing PO teams or cross- functional collaboration (Business, Operations, Tech).
Minimum 7 years of experience in product development, including at least 3 years working with logistics operation systems, especially TMS or WMS.
Prefer candidates with experience in logistics, delivery, transportation companies, or e- commerce platforms with in- house delivery teams.
Professional Skills:
Strong knowledge of logistics coordination logic, including shipment routing, delivery planning, vehicle dispatch, driver timekeeping, and order tracking.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, Tableau/Power BI is a plus.
Proficient in writing product documentation (PRD, Epic, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria).
Deep understanding and ability to model end- to- end logistics processes (from first mile to last mile).
Experience in deploying complex, integrated systems (e.g., TMS ↔ CRM ↔ OMS ↔ WMS...).
Education & Additional Skills:
Bachelor&039;s degree in Logistics, Systems Management, IT, Industrial Engineering, Transport Economics, or related fields.
