Product Manager

Product Strategy and Planning
- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for technology products in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and workflows.
- Research emerging technologies and recommend their integration into product strategies
Product Development Management
- Lead the end- to- end product lifecycle, including ideation, planning, development, testing, and launch.
- Collaborate closely with developer, design, and analyst teams to ensure timely and high- quality product delivery.
- Hands- on Problem Solving: Diagnose complex technical challenges and provide actionable solutions.
- Partner with the development team to address performance and security concerns.
- Manage integrations with third- party platforms and APIs, ensuring seamless functionality.​​​​​​​
Performance Monitoring and Optimization
- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
- Analyze product performance using data- driven metrics and propose optimizations.
- Proactively recommend technical improvements and system optimizations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve product strategies.
Cross- Functional Collaboration
- Act as a bridge between developer, design, and business teams to deliver seamless product experiences. Provide product training and resources.
- Ensure alignment between technical and business goals across all departments.

Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a Product Manager or technical leadership role.
