Job Overview:
bTaskee is looking for a visionary yet hands- on Product Manager to take charge of our next growth chapter. You&039;ll own the product lifecycle from strategy to launch, shaping features that impact thousands of customers and service partners every day.
You’ll work at the intersection of business, technology, and user needs — collaborating across design, engineering, marketing, and operations to build scalable, intuitive, and impactful solutions.
Responsibilities and Duties:
● Drive discovery and ideation to uncover new growth opportunities and solve product gaps;
● Translate business requirements into clear, actionable plans for engineers and designers;
● Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment across departments;
● Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap;
● Deep- dive into customer behavior and pain points to shape seamless product experiences;
● Lead cross- functional teams to deliver impactful features, fast and efficiently;
● Monitor product performance and user feedback to iterate rapidly;
● Own end- to- end product launches: from MVP to scale.
Qualifications and Skills:
Must to Have
● Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
● 3+ years of experience working in a Product Manager role;
● Proficient in collaborating with cross- functional teams within a matrix organizational structure;
● Sound technical knowledge with practical experience in software development and web technologies;
● Consistent record of overseeing all aspects of a successful product throughout its life cycle;
● Proven skill in creating product strategies and presenting recommendations to top- level management;
● Proficiency as a business analyst, with a strong grasp of product insights.
● Strong analytical skills and a hands- on approach to problem solving;
