This position is responsible for managing the product portfolio and declared pricing across different channels and regions, ensuring appropriate seasonal allocation and timely communication of product specifications. The role supports seamless coordination across departments such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Compliance by standardizing product data and documentation. The ideal candidate will have relevant field experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to navigate complex, cross- functional workflows.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate closely with logistics and sales teams to align supply with market demand.
Maintain published pricing for each channel (traditional, online, project- based).

Monitor inventory levels and initiate timely redistribution or replenishment as needed.
Product document standardization
Coordinate stock allocation plans based on realistic demand forecasts.
Provide insights and propose portfolio or pricing adjustments based on business performance data.

Develop and update product lists by segment, region, and seasonality.
Ensure the availability of updated technical certifications, user manuals, and regulatory documentation for relevant departments and authorities.
Track product performance by category, channel, and territory.
Ensure pricing consistency and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
Create and maintain a standardized set of product information: datasheets, catalogs, sales kits, images, and demo videos.
Deliver short training sessions on new or updated products for internal sales teams, customer service staff, and key distributors. Provide customized sales materials, product decks, and FAQs to support customer consultation and service delivery.
Product Life Cycle (PLC) monitoring
Provide early warnings and recommendations to address product declines or shifts in demand.
Monitor key metrics across different stages of the product lifecycle.
