Product Marketing Assistant

• Support supply chain processes such as order processing, shipping and PMC planning.
• Acquire data from and update Oracle ERP system.
• Assist in account management including coordination with customers and internal departments such as factory operations, engineering team and packaging team to ensure timely delivery of projects and products.
• Provide support to Hong Kong Marketing and Project Management team to resolve issues in order fulfillment and production/shipment release, especially for tasks requiring physical presence in Vietnam.
• Handle sample arrangement from start to finish (submit requests, prepare samples, pack, ship out and track approval).
• Prepare quotes and Excel reports.
• Vietnam related travel and admin support.

Education:Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or related disciplines

Experience:

•3 years relevant experience in manufacturing industry of consumer products, with good understanding of factory operations•Experience with ERP system, preferably Oracle.

Knowledge:

•Good command of written and spoken English is a must
•Basic understanding of trading, import & export activities
•Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•Basic understanding of finance and accounting
•Preferably with experience working with product development teams or consumer goods projects

•Willing to learn, a good team player and self- motivated•Well- organized individual with good communication skills and positive can- do attitude
