Product Marketing Assistant Manager, Air Conditioner (North) AQUA Electrical Appliances Vietnam Co., Ltd.

PRODUCT TRAINING:
- Conduct engaging and innovative training sessions, evaluations and making training reports for AC installers and internal staff.
- Collaborate with other departments for ad- hoc tasks and coordinate with the AC Training team in the South
RETAIL MARKETING:
- Monitor and follow up on shop front execution through the local sales representative team.
- Track sell- out promotions and roadshows for AC product in the North.
- Track and oversee shop front execution, ensure effective display elements and POSM to push sell- in and promote sell- out.
- Collaborate with the sales team to organize impactful dealer seminars and events.
SERVICE:
- Coordinate with the Service team to enhance the total quality image of Aqua Air- conditioners.
All of other related tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Education background:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management / Marketing or Equivalent
Working experience:
- Having experience in Home Appliance/ Consumer Electronics company with AC product experience preferred.
- At least 3+ years of working experience in a similar role.
Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English and/or Chinese.
- Product knowledge mastery.
- Advanced negotiation and industry benchmark knowledge.
- Profound understanding of sales policies and processes.
Others:
- Frequently travel to northern province is required, especially peak AC season
