JOB DESCRIPTION – PRODUCT MARKETING / CONTENT LEAD (B2B SaaS / AI / GLOBAL TECH)

ROLE OVERVIEW
Scope and ownership increase progressively from Intern → Fresher → Junior.
This role focuses on product messaging, positioning, and conversion for B2B SaaS / AI products targeting global markets. You will own how the product is understood, differentiated, and sold through content — from website copy to sales enablement — using AI tools to accelerate research, creation, testing, and optimization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and optimize conversion- focused content: website & landing copy, product/pricing pages, case studies, one- pagers, and email sequences
Track content impact on engagement, conversion, and revenue influence, and share insights with Product, Growth, and Leadership teams
Own product positioning and messaging for global B2B SaaS/AI markets, including ICP/personas, value propositions, “why us”, and pricing page narratives
Improve content performance across the funnel, driving CTR, time on page, demo/trial requests, and activation rate
Translate complex AI/tech features into clear, outcome- driven messaging for non- technical buyers
Use AI tools for persona research, messaging iteration, headline/CTA testing, and content performance analysis
Develop sales enablement materials (sales decks, battlecards, FAQs, objection- handling) to support sales win- rate
Plan and execute product & feature launches (release notes, blogs, social, community/email)
REQUIREMENTS
By Level:
Fresher / Junior: 0–2 years of experience in Software Product Marketing, Content Marketing, SaaS, or Tech- focused roles
Intern: Final- year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields
Core Skills:
Hands- on use of AI tools for content and marketing (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.)
Solid verbal and writing skills in English (clear, structured, persuasive)
Ownership mindset, curiosity, and willingness to iterate fast.
Understanding of: ICP & persona- based marketing
Strong interest in B2B SaaS, AI products, and global tech markets
Ability to connect content performance to business outcomes
