Innovation Labs is the product arm of BSS, built on over a decade of hands- on service experience. We transform deep operational insight into scalable AI solutions tailored for eCommerce merchants. We’re now looking for a dedicated Product Marketing Specialist to help drive the growth and adoption of our apps.
Responsibilities
The Product Marketing Executive will take ownership of planning, executing, and tracking marketing initiatives across our current and upcoming Shopify apps.
Perform market research and competitive analysis to shape product direction.
Use user insights and data to recommend product improvements and new opportunities.
Design and run marketing campaigns to attract new users and drive revenue growth.
Track, measure, and report on key marketing performance metrics to guide ongoing efforts.
Work closely with product, design, and partnership teams to ensure marketing aligns with overall strategy.
Requirements
Experience in content generation and strong presentation skills
Self- initiative and project management abilities, with a genuine enthusiasm for working in a fast- paced and innovative software environment
A minimum of 1 year of product marketing experience in a product- led SaaS organization
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders and work collaboratively across teams
Proficiency in written and spoken English, equivalent to an IELTS score of 7.0 or higher
A passion for exploring innovative promotional ideas, testing hypotheses, and utilizing data- driven insights to refine strategies
Preferred skills
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing
Proficiency in using video and design tools such as Capcut and Canva
Understanding of the Shopify ecosystem and app marketplace
