JOB DESCRIPTIONS
* Market Research and Analysis:

Conducting thorough market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitors.
Analyzing data to identify opportunities and challenges in the market.

Product Strategy Development:

Developing strategies to position products effectively in the market and differentiate them from competitors.
Collaborating with product development teams to define product features and benefits based on market insights.

* Go- to- Market Planning:

Working closely with cross- functional teams (sales, marketing, product management) to execute plans effectively.
Creating comprehensive go- to- market plans that outline product launch strategies, pricing, promotion, and distribution tactics.

Marketing Campaign Management:

Designing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels (online ads, social media, email, etc.) to drive product awareness and sales.
Monitoring campaign performance and adjusting strategies to optimize results.

* Sales Enablement:

Collaborating with sales to develop messaging that resonates with target audiences.

* Performance Analysis and Reporting:

Presenting findings and recommendations to management to inform strategic decisions.
Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales metrics, customer acquisition costs, and ROI of marketing activities.

* Brand Management:

Ensuring consistent brand messaging and product positioning across all marketing channels.
Protecting and enhancing the company&039;s brand reputation through effective communication and marketing efforts.

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
Knowledge:

University bachelor’s degree (or upcoming graduation) in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or Finance
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge about the American market or SEO/ keywords.
English is must (at least 600 TOEIC).

Skills:

Have logical thinking and strong problem- solving skills.
Creative thinking and problem- solving
Strong communication and presentation
Project management
Time management and multitasking
Adaptability and flexibility.

Experience:

Great sense of integrity, responsibility and urgency.
1- 2 years experience in a similar role in E- commerce
Preferably working experience in e- commerce
Must be team- oriented and self- motivated.
