Job Title: Product Marketing Executive (Full- time)

We are looking for a talented Product Marketing Executive to join our business team to our continued success.
Position Overview:
As a Product Marketing Executive, you are responsible for the performance of Gift Card program across both retail stores and online channels. The goal is to increase Gift Card sales volume, attract both individual and corporate customers, and drive in- store & online revenue through Gift Card redemptions. This role is ideal for a candidate with a passion for numbers, a growth mindset with an experimental approach, who thrives in a fast- paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
Gift Card Product Development & Strategy Growth & Product Strategy
- Analyze user funnel data to identify bottlenecks and conversion opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross- functional teams (Marketing, Tech, Finance, Operations) to improve product experience, redemption flow, and customer journey.
- Build marketing & sales mix strategies for different customer segments (B2C and B2B)
- Research the local market, competitors, and consumer trends in the gift card segment and develop the product framework: pricing tiers, commission structure, usage policy, and expiration terms
- Define the positioning and value proposition of KingFoodMart Gift Cards for different customer segments (retail shoppers, corporate buyers, apartment residents).
Experimentation & Optimization
- Work with Sales, HR, and B2B clients (corporates, residential communities, banks, loyalty partners) to boost Gift Card sales.
- Set up and expand Gift Card sales points in stores, checkout counters, website, app, and third- party platforms
- Run & optimize growth experiments (A/B tests, landing page tests, referral mechanics, bundle offers) via key metrics: CAC, activation rate, redemption rate, and LTV.
User engagement & retention
- Build user lifecycle communication to re- engage customers (email, SMS, push, in- store triggers).
- Coordinate with CRM and Data teams to segment users and personalize messages.
- Develop content and campaign plans for key seasons (Tet, Women’s Day, Christmas, etc.).
Insights & Analytics
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to continuously refine the product proposition.
- Present actionable insights to management and propose next- step experiments.
- Track and report KPIs weekly/monthly: user growth, redemption trends, repeat rate, and ROI per campaign.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related fields
- A growth mindset and willingness to experiment and learn from outcomes
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Excellent planning and execution skills, with experience in B2B/B2C sales.
- Detail- oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- High level of responsibility, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Logical thinking and critical analysis skills.
- Prior experience with Gift Card, Voucher, Loyalty, or Membership programs is a big plus.
- Good data analysis and reporting skills
- Strong communication and cross- functional collaboration skills.
- 2–4 years of experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales Activation, preferably in Retail, FMCG, or E- commerce.
