Mô tả công việc

Key Responsibilities:
Email Marketing Setup and Management

Outsource Writing: Hire and manage a freelancer to create email templates for different stages of the customer journey (welcome emails, newsletters, promotional emails).
Email List Building
: Develop and segment email lists based on customer personas.
Campaign Execution: Set up and execute targeted email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze email campaign performance to optimize engagement and conversion rates.

Paid Advertising Strategy and Execution

Budget Management: Allocate and manage the advertising budget effectively to maximize ROI.
Campaign Setup: Develop and launch Google Ads and social media ad campaigns targeting specific keywords and demographics.
Creative Development: Create compelling ad creatives and landing pages optimized for conversions.
Retargeting: Implement retargeting strategies to re- engage visitors who have shown interest but haven’t converted.

Marketing Dashboard and Event Tracking

Tool Selection: Choose and implement marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau) to track performance metrics.
Event Tracking: Identify key user actions to track and implement event tracking using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Segment.
Dashboard Setup: Configure a marketing dashboard to display key metrics such as CAC, LTV, churn rate, MRR, and DAU.
Data Integration: Ensure seamless integration of data from all marketing channels into the dashboard.

Content and Social Media Management

Content Calendar: Develop a content calendar outlining blog posts, articles, whitepapers, and videos.
SEO Optimization: Optimize content for SEO to increase organic reach.
Social Media Strategy: Set up social media profiles and develop a content calendar for regular posting and engagement.
Community Building: Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build a vibrant community on social media platforms.

Partnership Development and Customer Acquisition

Feedback Loops: Set up mechanisms to gather customer feedback and use insights to improve offerings.
Outreach and Collaboration: Reach out to potential partners to explore collaboration opportunities and develop referral programs.
Onboarding Process: Streamline the customer onboarding process to ensure a smooth experience for new users.
Identify Partners: Identify potential corporate partners and strategic alliances (e.g., event planners, office supply companies).

Yêu cầu công việc

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in setting up and managing email marketing and paid advertising campaigns.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast- paced startup environment.
3- 4 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and growth strategies.
Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
