- Be an expert with respect to the competition, supporting the company’s overall strategy and goals.
- Define the product strategy, positioning and roadmap gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product RTB, vision, price.

- Competitor’s and consumers insights analysis
- Working closely with engineering, sales, channels marketing, ATL marketing and agencies to ensure ONE TOTALENERGIES’s performance in term of volume, margin, customer/shopper/consumer satisfaction goals, also ensuring alignment of communications and messaging across all channels.
- Define research needs and closely co- operate with ATL marketing team & research parties/agencies.
- Prepare SWOT analysis for TOTALENERGIES, ELF brand from competition point of view once a year and contribute to Channels’ Planning.
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.
- Fulfill other tasks and/or assignments requested by the manager and/or the board of management.
- Responsible to improve market share, brand awareness, brand health and brand performance including volume, UGMVC.
- Planning and execution of all product launch including innovation and renovation, on- ground product/brand communications, activation to consumers, shoppers, customers.
- Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
- Collate and analyze Consumer and shopper information, customer / channel performance of TOTALENERGIES brand vs competitors.
- Monitor and evaluate entire Product activities across channels.
- Gather customers, shoppers, influencers and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customers, shoppers, influencers conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
- Propose and execute the approved brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition.
- Analyze consumers’ influencer insights, shopper trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Responsible of product development, active products portfolio, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities
