Innovation Labs is the product arm of BSS, built on over a decade of hands- on service experience. We transform deep operational insight into scalable AI solutions tailored for eCommerce merchants. We’re now looking for a dedicated Product Marketing Specialist to help drive the growth and adoption of our apps.
Responsibilities
The product marketing specialist will plan, execute, and monitor marketing activities for our current and future Shopify apps.
Extend app reach beyond Shopify App Store via alternative channels such as SERP, partnership, and affiliates
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to align marketing efforts with product and partnership development
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to gain users and drive revenue
Analyze user feedback and data to inform product updates and enhancements
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics for all marketing activities
Publish and optimize the app listing pages on Shopify App Market to achieve top rankings
Conduct market analysis and competitive research to inform product development
Requirements
Self- initiative and project management abilities, with a genuine enthusiasm for working in a fast- paced and innovative software environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders and work collaboratively across teams
A passion for exploring innovative promotional ideas, testing hypotheses, and utilizing data- driven insights to refine strategies
A minimum of 1 year of product marketing experience in a product- led SaaS organization
Proficiency in written and spoken English, equivalent to an IELTS score of 6.5 or higher
Experience in generating content across various platforms, such as product listing, social media, and email
Preferred skills
Understanding of the Shopify ecosystem and app marketplace
Proficiency in using video and design tools
Experience in implementing SEO and partnership projects
