Product Marketing & Training Specialist

In charge of Product Marketing (40%), Product Training (40%), Administration (20%)
PRODUCT MARKETING (40%)
Assist in formulating incentives, promotion policies and sales targets for product categories.
Conduct targeted research and market follow- up for existing models & managing product life cycles. Product ideas for new product development.
Conduct market analysis and industry research for water heater products.
PRODUCT TRAINING (40%)
Conduct training, evaluate sessions for internal staff, dealers and make reports to create innovative methods to control and improve effectiveness
ADMINISTRATION & RETAIL MARKETING (20%)
Collaborate with sales team to proceed sales contract with customers.
Tracking and ensuring effectiveness of shopfront throughout POP, Catalogue, product demonstration.
All of other related tasks assigned by Line Manager
Tracking sales result progress including (sell- in, sell- through, sell- out), display & LSR performance.
Monitor and follow up business activities by collaborating with other departments and local sales representatives (seminar/roadshow/dealer convention).

Education background:
Bachelor degree of Business Administration/ Marketing/ Economics or related majors
Working experience:
At least 1+ years working experience in related position
Having experience in sanitary channel or water heat product is preferred
Skills:
Proficiency in English and/or Chinese.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
Advanced communication, presentation & negotiation skills
Others:
Willing to travel
