Product Operations Executive

Product Development:

Collect and analyze data to support decision- making regarding project feasibility and progress
Manage product development projects ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards
Assist the product team in the R&D process of new products and product upgrades

Assisting in Sourcing Suppliers:

Communicate and negotiate with suppliers to ensure delivery support, quality and cost- effectiveness
Participate in the search and identification of suitable suppliers for product components

Overseeing Quality Control According to Procedures:

Responsible for inspecting the quality of goods upon arrival and during production
Conduct inspections according to procedures and ensure that products meet specified quality standards
Overseeing product- related quality checks by order from the Sale and Operation team

Product Delivery:

Work across departments for product delivery planning & execution
Liaise with suppliers & forwarders to ensure smooth and timely goods importation

Training and Development:

Assist Product Owner on providing documents and preparations for product training, workshops and any product related event

REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast- paced environment
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
At least 1 year of experience in a related role
Detail- oriented with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools is a plus
Passion for bedding and mattress industry, product management, and operations
Quick and proactive in seeking solutions in complex situations
Strong communication skills in both English & Vietnamese
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders

Location: 110 Nguyen Van Kinh St., Thanh My Loi Ward, Thu Duc City, HCMC
Working time:

9h- 18h (Mon – Fri)
9h – 12h (Sat): Work- from- home
