We are looking for a detail- oriented and execution- driven Product Operations Specialist to support both product lifecycle management and day- to- day operational excellence. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product quality, user experience, and operational workflows. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, marketing, and customer support to ensure our platform delivers a seamless and trustworthy user experience.
What You&039;ll DoProduct & Operational ExecutionMonitor and support key operational workflows, including onboarding, user support escalations, and incident triaging.
Collaborate with product managers to define, refine, and document product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
Assist in customer support and operational issue escalation by providing context, tracking resolution, and ensuring feedback is looped back into product.
Coordinate across design, engineering, marketing, and support teams to ensure smooth delivery of features and updates.
Maintain organized planning, product backlogs, and development tracking using tools like Notion, and Linear.
Quality & TestingSupport product quality assurance by assisting in the creation and execution of test plans for new features and releases.
Contribute to various testing phases to ensure features meet defined requirements, quality standards, and user expectations (UAT, Regression, Exploratory, Beta, etc).
Involved with QA and support teams to identify, reproduce, and document user- impacting issues.
Help maintain and improve operational QA documentation, including test cases and workflows in Notion.
Conduct cross- platform testing across Web, Mobile, and wallet integrations to ensure consistency and reliability.
Data & Process OptimizationHelp optimize internal workflows by identifying inefficiencies and proposing scalable, repeatable solutions.
Monitor product and marketing KPIs, operational health, and usage analytics to surface bottlenecks or quality issues.
Validate the accuracy of business- critical data, including balances, market information, and dashboard reports.
Release & Launch SupportCoordinate product releases by tracking dependencies, conducting final QA checks, and ensuring rollback procedures are ready.
Ensure all quality and operational gates are passed before go- live.
