PRODUCT OPERATOR

Job Overview:

Responsible for analyzing and monitoring the overall sales progress of the stores.
Responsible for monitoring red and black inventory indicators for the stores.
Responsible for replenishing and introducing new products to seize opportunities in store inventory.
Responsible for proposing platform activities and managing backend operations.
Responsible for configuring backend store activities.
Responsible for overall inventory allocation and stock distribution for the stores.
Responsible for price management of the inventory.

Job Duties:

Responsible for managing red and black inventory for the stores, following company inventory management guidelines, making reasonable inventory allocation, forecasting, and promoting clearance.

Responsible for managing store operations and submitting platform activity proposals ensuring activity completion rate is not lower than 99%.9. Conduct regular product data analysis reviews.

Candidates with industry operational experience/ e- commerce are preferred.

Able to manage inventory and forecast inventory quantity to plan orders
Good command in English, Chinese is a plus.
Having experience managing stores at Shopee, Tiktok, Lazada is an advantage.
Good communication skills and a team spirit, able to efficiently promote cross- departmental collaboration.
Proficient in using Excel, and other office software;
