Propose solutions to fulfill project requirements
Plan and prioritize the backlog for product development
Inform stakeholders about the product status and update plans
Responsible for creating and managing product documentation, ensuring it is understandable to the development team and end- users
Develop strategies and present ideas to stakeholders
Collaborate with Designers, Developers, and QA/QC to allocate resources for product development and release, ensuring that the delivered product meets functional and design specifications as well as deadlines
Identify and resolve risks, issues, and conflicts to ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle
Promote and maintain a working environment in Agile teams
Continuously evaluate and improve processes to optimize efficiency and quality

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 2 years of experience in product management within the software industry
Having UI/UX skills is an advantage
Good English skills
Time management skills and ability to multitask
Familiar with Scrum and the software development lifecycle
Effective work organization and awareness of the necessity to achieve quality
Good written and verbal presentation skills
