Product Owner

Product Requirement & Backlog Management

Collaborate with cross- functional teams to gather, clarify, and prioritize product features.
Build and maintain a clear, well- structured product backlog aligned with business goals and user needs.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed product documentation (logic, user flows, user behaviors, etc.).

Cross- functional Collaboration & Agile Delivery

Work closely with the Development team to ensure accurate understanding and implementation of product requirements.
Partner with UI/UX teams to ensure seamless, intuitive, and user- centered product experiences.
Participate in Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospective meetings.
Collaborate with QC/Testers to define acceptance criteria and ensure the quality of product deliverables.

Problem Solving & Decision Making

Act as the “voice of the user” to guide product direction and ensure user- centric solutions.
Make data- driven decisions based on real user feedback and market trends.
Support the resolution of product- related issues throughout the development lifecycle.

Internal Communication & Knowledge Sharing

Foster strong collaboration between Business, Design, Development, and QA teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
Provide product documentation, training, and usage guidance for relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within software development projects.
Preferably experienced in FMCG, Retail, or E- commerce environments.
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Professional Skills

Capable of creating mockups, wireframes, and user flows to visualize product ideas.
Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with the ability to simplify complex problems.
Skilled in using design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, or Axure.
Proficient in writing Product Requirement Documents (PRD), user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Personal Attributes

Good communication skills with both technical and non- technical stakeholders.
