Product Owner

What you do

Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development
Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements
Creating a product road map based on this vision
Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints
Defining the vision for the team’s product
Developing user stories
Preparing the demo/documents and transferring to the other internal team or end-users about the updates
Translating these requirements into functional requirements, wireframes, prototypes and interactive mockups
Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process

Requirements

Good knowledge of cloud services, micro-services, network, APIs, popular DB & DBMS
Experienced with programming
Ability to align and motivate a team to achieve objectives
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
Experienced with Jira & Confluence is a plus
Good knowledge of computer science
BS in Economics, Human Resources Management or related fields
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks
Demonstrated knowledge of project management concepts (preferably Agile/SCRUM)
