Product Owner

In charge of full product development tasks: analyzing, conceptualizing, prototyping, launching & monitoring all services on website/ mobile product & internal system.
Work with Leader & BOD to define and manage product roadmaps to achieve business goals and strategies.
Collaborate with other teams in the company to break down business requirements:
Assist Development team in full implementation of new/ upgraded features.
Work closely with Marketing & Sales team to make product release plan for achieving targets.
Create and assist in maintaining product roadmaps, feature backlogs, and product documentation such as PRDs, user stories, use cases, user flows, logic flows, and functional specifications.
Understand markets, competition, and customer/user requirements to propose new features/ services.
Involve in agile product management to ensure smooth implementation of the product plan/ roadmap.
Other tasks as assigned.
Monitor & analyze data (user, platform, traffic, etc…) and feedbacks to measure a product&039;s effectiveness, make necessary improvements for better customer experience.

User & business needs understanding & ability to make it valuable products in reality.
Experience in making decision by data- driven mindset, performance- oriented approach
1- 5 years of experience in a product management and technology strategy role
Experience in Mobile Application Development is a plus
Proven experience leading product initiatives end- to- end and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related fields
Ability to think critically, analyze and solve problems with a strong attention to detail
Passion for good product design & optimal user experience
Strong data- driven mindset and experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio, BI tools).
Strategic thinking, excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience mentoring or leading junior members in the product team
Experience in product company, especially online platform is a big advantage
