Product Photographer

JOB SUMMARY
Product Photographer is responsible for capturing high- quality product images for marketing, OEM, and international customers. The ideal candidate will have expertise in photography execution, image editing, and coordination with internal teams to ensure product photos align with new product development timelines and marketing needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Photography Execution & Editing

Ensure color accuracy and consistency across all product images.
Edit and retouch images in Adobe Photoshop to enhance clarity, remove imperfections, and ensure professional quality.
Remove backgrounds and create Key On Seam (KOS) images for CGI rendering.
Capture high- resolution product images following company guidelines and industry standards.

Image Management & Organization

Collaborate with the CGI team to provide necessary assets for lifestyle images.
Ensure all product images are properly cataloged and stored for future use.
Organize and maintain a structured digital image library for easy access and retrieval.

Collaboration & Coordinatio

Work closely with the R&D team to align product photography with new product development timelines.
Communicate with sales and customer service teams to understand specific product photo demands.
Coordinate with production planning and production quality teams to ensure the correct products are set up for photoshoots.

Equipment & Studio Management:

Set up and maintain photography equipment, lighting, and backdrops.
Recommend upgrades or new equipment as needed to improve image quality and efficiency.
Ensure all photography tools and editing software are up to date and functioning properly.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience with CGI rendering and KOS image creation is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast- paced environment.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other image editing software.
Bachelor’s degree in photography, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience in product photography, preferably in furniture or upholstery.
Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and post- production techniques.

EQUIPMENT USED
Digital Single Lens Reflex (DSLR Camera), Photography Lighting Equipment, Computer (laptop), printer, copy machine, hand hold device (smartphone or tablet).
