Product Planning Executive

Responsibility 1: Strategy and Planning

Participate in proposing and execute strategy and plan of the department, including:

+ Catch up the new trends of retail industry, ecommerce, competitors;
+ Plan strategy and take action based on market trends and requirements from the director
Responsibility 2: KPI evaluation

Evaluate the KPI achievement of departments, based on target and actual performance
Evaluate monthly, quarter and yearly business results based on current target and performance.
Coordinate with department to set up Target, KPI for each departments

Responsibility 3: Others

Making reports at the request of the director, senior manager
Follow up stock & sale product weekly
Make some reports on request from some other teams
Analyze existing data to guide the development of some new products

Necessary skill:
- Data Analysis
- Good analytical skills, good communicated ability
- Good at Excel, Powepoint
- Good in numerical and logical thinking
Special requirement:

Good at English
Good at communication
Time Management

Specific Experiences
- At least 2+ year experience in Business Planning/ Data Analyst/ Finance/ Auditing or relevant job.
