Product Policy Officer (Consumer Finance Product Development)

Job Summary:
Product & Policy Officer is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Auto loan product. His/her accountabilities are also inclusive of gathering, prioritizing products and customer requirements, defining the product vision, working closely with other relevant teams (Sales, Underwriting, Customer Experience, Operations...) to support and ensure revenue, customer satisfaction goals and the company’s overall strategy and vision are met.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Planning the product’s features & workflow (60%)
· Researching the customer requirements and defining the product vision.
· Run tests & pilot programs with early- stage products and samples.
· Gathering data on products on the market.
· Creating and carrying out product processes in line with market needs
Research the market (30%)
· Research the new products on the market.
· Be an expert with respect to the competition
Collaborate closely with relevant parties, Line manager and team- members (20%)
· Act as a supporter and leader within the company or in any projects.
· Other ad- hoc tasks assigned by Dept Head.
· Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and widen opportunities.

Qualification
· University Degree majored in Business Administration/Finance & Banking or any related major
Work Experience
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in banking or consumer finance company. Minimum of 2- year experience in a product team.
Knowledge
· Forecasting and budgeting process
· Planning and develop strategy for new product, product enhancement and product redesign
· Retail Banking- consumer finance, market research/trend
Skills
· Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese

· Budgets and prepares financial analysis, Data analysis, Sales performance management
· MS Office (Word, Excel, Access) and knowledge of CRM
