Product Project Supervisor (Working At Binh Duong/cu Chi, Shuttle Bus Provided)

•Collaborate with Vietnam/PRC plants, outsource suppliers, global product design / engineering team and Asian product team to plan, implement and manage new product development program from initial stage to mass production.
•Communication with OEM customer, update order list for internal and external use
•Collaborate with the team in Hong Kong and China for the move of production from PRC to VN for selective products.
•Work with the team to consolidate monthly sales & forecast.
•Cooperate with operation teams to monitor order and production status and resolve supply issues
•Kick-off new projects with engineering and support teams to create project development plans
•Create and manage project documents to keep all project stakeholders on the same page
•Work with QA team to handle customer complaint
•Work out the quotation for potential projects. Support financial analysis and commercial justification of new projects.
•Arrange samples to customers timely and report the status weekly .
•Gather and summarize project information from various sources and make it into a presentable format.
•Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
