Product Registration Executive

• Look up and update information about Pharmacy/Cosmetic/Food Supplement as well as registration information. Update information, circulars, decrees, new documents from relevant management agencies
• Support in Order and tracking the import of Product (from Korea to VN)
• Monitor the process of approving and granting registration numbers promptly supplementing at the request of the VFA.
• Prepare product announcement documents for Food Supplement registration in accordance with regulations of VFA; Tracking the application and accelerate its completion.
• Perform other duties as required by the line Manager.
• Coordinate with Factory (in Korea), suppliers, partners, experts to request information and documents necessary for completing the registration.

• Good communication, agile, good job handling proficient in office computer skills.
• Have knowledge about relative Law of Food Supplement and license registration.
• Experience in Import/Export is a plus.
• A team player with high level of dedication
• College/University graduate: Biology/Food technology/Chemistry; Medicine; Pharmacist or related professions
• At least 1 year of experience in making dossiers for announcement of functional food products.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work to strict deadlines.
• English good
