: Product Risk Management Senior/Expert
(Integrated Risk Management Center – Risk Management Division)
Integrated Product Risk Management function (50%)

Monitor and periodically report on the performance and risk profile of the bank’s products/services (Risk trigger report), identifying trends, issues, and action plan for improvement;
Conduct independent product risk management benchmarking and methodology review and challenge specialized Risk Units on the specialized risk assessment methodology (credit risk, market risk, operational risk, etc.) and the result of risk assessment for each bank’s products/services;
Provide an integrated view on product risk management via regular reports;
Be in charge of developing product risk assessment methodology, guidelines and processes for the bank’s products/services, ensuring alignment with the bank’s overall risk appetite and strategy and leading practices;
Design risk mitigation strategies, contingency plan groups, approval mechanism and other treatment for respective integrated risk level of bank’s products/services;

Manage bank- wide product portfolio (30%)

Independently manage bank- wide product portfolio;
Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the CRO or the Product Committee’s Chairman.
Coordinate the implementation of periodic or ad- hoc product review programs as per BOM’s requirements and report the results and recommendations to the Product Committee;
Coordinate with related units to standardize bank- wide product tree and maintain its accuracy and consistency;
Participate in projects related to products (e.g., Internal Document Optimization Project, Product Code Standardization Project, etc.) and provide inputs and feedback from a product management perspective;
Develop/Implement/Periodically review VPBank’s Product Development, Approval and Management Policy & Process, Product Committee Bylaws to ensure compliance with internal regulations, operational needs and international best practices;

Implement digitization projects to enhance the efficiency and quality of product risk management, product development and approval processes (20%)

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast- paced environment;
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;
Knowledge of banking products/services eg. loans, deposits, payments, cards, or digital banking;
Have at least 5- 7 years of experience working in the fields of Finance, Banking, Risk Management, Product Development. Experience working in Product Development/ Product Management unit in banks is a plus;
Knowledge of risk management principles, frameworks, tools, and techniques;
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, standards, and best practices in the banking industry. Willingness to work with international requirements and standards;
Strong analytical, problem- solving, and decision- making skills;
Fluency in English (4 skills) is a must;
Proficient MS Office skill (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
FRM, CFA, or PRM certificates will be a plus..
Bachelor’s degree or higher level in Economics, Finance, Banking, Risk Management or other related major;
