Product Specialist (Food)

Purpose of the job
Provide support service to Product team in coordination with internal and/ or external customers including but not limited to internal OPS, external business partners, etc., for smooth marketing & category campaigns and events. 
Job description
Food program:
· Work with food supplier for product development
· Build Food Menu for the South markets (HCMC, Binh Duong, Nha Trang, Phu Quoc)
· Prepare all works for the products launch including:
- Prepare products shoot
- Set up system for new menu/items
- Prepare all printed materials needed for food menu
- Build training materials
· Manage supplier to comply with QASA standards
· Manage food room (central kitchen) for the small cities: Nha Trang
· Handle food complaints with Operations and coordinate with suppliers and crossed functions to fix the complaints
· Work with crossed functions for any matter related to food business
· Daily monitoring food supplier on food quality
Report:
· Reports on food business weekly, monthly
· Other reports for management

Job Requirements
- Good knowledge and experience to executive strategic brand development and marketing communications.
- Good knowledge of market intelligence and analysis
- Able to work under high pressure and flexible business environment.
- Good in presentation skill to easily communicate with audiences in both Vietnamese and English.
- Experience in working with vendor
- University degree and above, preferably in Business Management, Marketing
- At least 2- year experiences in the same position, preferably working experience in F&B, Retails, FMCG
- Self- motivation and be accountable for own actions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in both Vietnamese & English
