You’ll be the Product Expert for Minthacare organization and acquire knowledge on products, patents, and clinical research results through brand training and documentation. Stays abreast of trends in the marketplace to ensure the product&039;s competitive position.
Scope of Responsibilities
Medical Operation
Manage and prepare all necessary documentation and material for the successful organization of group presentations (dinners, lunches, CME meetings, etc.)
Manage and prepare all necessary documentation and material for conferences and other format events planned according to the strategy of the company.
Liaise with Hospitals and other partners to organize Medical Activations
Prepare content presentations according to company strategy for medical events.
Marketing Operation
As a Product Specialist, you’ll be in charge of translating, reviewing leaflets and other materials for both retail and medical, and making sure supports are relevant to product claims indicated in Product Authorizations.
Build product message sets (new and existing): Ensuring timely implementation of issues related to new and existing products.
Coordinate with business staff to survey and evaluate the level of information reception, customer satisfaction, and trustworthiness concerning products, brands, and salespeople.
Responsible for all contents and supporting documents relating to products on notification registration, advertising registration, and other dossier (if any).
Relationship with KOLs
Build and reinforce the relationship with Medical KOLs to get the endorsements and support
Collaborate with MKT team to communicate with Influencer, KOC; to support MKT activation
Internal Trainings
Organize and prepare all training for internal team; Medical Team and other team if necessary
Support Medical Sales team on communication and sales speech; and provide answers to questions on products and the brand
Other missions
Be flexible and multitask. Other missions may include
Event organization- related tasks (gifts and samples preparation, phone calls, invitation sending and attendance, guest receptions etc.)
Other duties as assigned.
