Product Specialist/Product Manager

We are looking for a motivated and detail- oriented
Product Specialist/Asissant Manager
to join our fintech product team. You will play a crucial role in shaping, launching, and continuously improving digital financial products and services. This position
requires experience working in banking or financial services
, with a strong understanding of customer journeys, regulatory needs, and product lifecycle within the financial domain.

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and benchmarking of fintech/banking products.
Developing and managing digital banking products (e.g., eWallet, digital onboarding, loans, payments, savings, cards, BNPL, etc.).
Translate business needs into product requirement documents (PRD), user stories, and wireframes.
Work closely with Engineering, QA, UI/UX, and Business teams to ensure product delivery meets user and business goals.
Track product KPIs, success metrics, and perform post- launch retrospectives.
Analyze customer feedback and usage data to propose improvements and new features.
Support UAT and product documentation processes.
Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, and Legal teams to ensure products meet regulatory requirements (e.g., AML, KYC, PCI- DSS).
Any other tasks as assigned by line manager.

Strong understanding of at least one of: Payments, eKYC, Cards, Digital Lending, Deposits, or SME banking.
Strong technical & analytical skills – advanced Excel, PowerPoint, background in date modelling / data analytics and/or data mining – experience with Tableau / Microsoft BI / MicroStrategy and SQL coding.
Technical knowledge in software development and technologies
Project management skills
Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
Experience of working with cross functional partners such as sales or franchise leadership.
1–3 years working in a bank, digital bank, or fintech (eWallet, lending, core banking, cards, etc.)
