We are seeking support talents who are supporting clients world-wide, you are a bridge to bring phpFox, a leading software to build social networks and online communities, to the world .

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Collect information and build iOS and Android mobile app

- Understand product features well to answer questions.

- Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests

- Do UAT to new releases

- Collect/Response customer feedback/needs form clients

- Troubleshoot issues on products

- Deploy the mobile apps to Apple store and Google play

- Install and configure the script, plugins and configure them.

Report to: Support Manager

Promotion: Can be promoted to Support Lead, Customer Support Manager, Product Manager

- Hold a Diploma’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/IT-related field

- Have experience in Technical customer support, programming at least 1 year

- Good at  English (4 skills), equivalent TOEIC 600

- Good at time commitment và planning

- Have problem-solving skill
