Product Trainer (Consumer Electronic)

- Be professional in product knowledge of in- charge category and other related matters to
training field.
- Closing working to support Retail Marketing Leader/Business Unit Part Leader/Supervisor
& Promoter Consultants/ Internal Employees to achieve monthly sell- out target.
- Getting product information (mainly from HQ), making material/scheme/evaluation and
conducting training product knowledge/soft- skill/POSM guideline.
- Schedule and operate training course/ training tour: planning, budget management, and
managing the training samples, gifts, tools, etc.
- Analyzing demand and end- user insight to organizing training adapting to changes of
market.
- Prepare content delivery, assessments, accompanying materials, Q&A, and complementary
learning approaches.
- Prepare soft skill training courses, sale skill, sale- talk focus on sell- out performances
following business demand and company&039;s capability development plan.
- Translate the training material from English into Vietnamese.
- Frequently check MC shops with low performance to find out the reason (PC
knowledge/skill, Display,…)
- Ad- hoc tasks assigned by Team Leader.

- Experienced in training (preferred to related Consuming Electronics field).
- Have good communication/public speaking/ presentation skills and other supporting to
- Have excellent command level of English. (And Korean is a plus)
training job.
- Willing to go business trip under job- task requirements (up to 1- 2 week biz trip)
- Be proficient in MS Office. (Adobe using is a plus)
