Production Coordinator - Furniture (wood & upholstery)

Responsibility for overseeing & managing the production flow and production schedule of the factories across a variety of vendors and product types, whilst maintaining clear and professional communications between the factory and head office.
The Key priority is maintaining on time delivery at expected customer quality standards.
· Tracking the key milestones and remind PD/QC team to stay with company procedure for each and every outstanding sample/product
· Proactive approach to production tracking and not firefighting issues when it’s too late
· Educate factories to the required customer standards & procedures, including production guidelines and milestones that need to be monitored.
· Monitor factory weekly production schedules for timely delivery, document and communicate production status in the systems.
· Document defects found by QC team and work with operation manager to get CAP done for systematic/procedural problems then share with both vendors and QA/QC team

· 3 – 5 years above experience in a furniture industry (wood or upholstery or both)
· Ability to work independently with little supervision.
· Advanced in English, ability of communicate in Chinese is a plus
· Process driven, and detail minded.
· Project and Time management skills.
· Computer literate with a focus on the Microsoft Office 365/ Excel.
· Works with a sense of urgency with constantly shifting priorities.
