Production Data Analyst

Production Analyst is responsible for maintaining and improving the business intelligence tools and performance management infrastructure in the production module to support daily operations and continuous improvement.* This role will be working full- time at LEGO Manufacturing Vietnam site in VSIP 3, Tan Uyen, Binh Duong Province.* We think it’s important that you’re in control of your data and as part of the recruitment process; Your direct application at https://bit.ly/4dgGXeL will be prioritized.Core Responsibilities• Creation and maintenance of business intelligence tools to support daily operations and continuous improvement – such as attendance, output, efficiency, training databases and others.• Preparation of various reports in production to support business leaders in decision making.• Continuous improvement of the performance management infrastructure within the production module – increase the efficiency and effectiveness of data collection, reporting, interpretation and use in the business.• Actively supports the visual part of performance management – defines new ways of visualisation on infocenters.• Build strong global relationships with colleagues from other sites. Do you have what it takes?• Very experienced Microsoft Office (MS) user. Able to develop tools in MS Access, has SAP basic knowledge. Able to develop reports• Has strong background in the area of business analysis and reporting, KPIs and manufacturing performance management.• Minimum 2 years experience in creation and maintenance of databases and reports.• Leads one- self, motivates and capable to convince and influence the people around him/her.
