Production Engineer

• Evaluating new project information from customers and leading new product feasibility study


• Reviewing project time plan, and preparing and updating new product development time plan within technical department


• Participating the gate review, tracking the problem-solving and provide feedback


• Reviewing product design according to customer requirement/information


• Reviewing tooling design with consideration of product structure, quality requirement and manufacturing process


• Preparing BOM, product label, FEMA, sample request sheet and ordering material for sample parts


• Reviewing process flow chart, plybook, layup design, prepreg nesting, estimated IE time and custom information


• Establishing and maintaining MES/ERP information as required


• Reviewing working instruction for each process and MES scanning sheet


• Keep a good track of the sample manufacturing and be aware of existing problems; Preparing/updating the lesson-learned database according to trial-out report, problem-tracking report from process engineer


• Updating project LOP weekly


• Ensuring all the working instructions, BOM, plybook, layup design, part history etc. are updated and published on time


• Supporting the handover of product development to launch team in pilot run, ensuring all the necessary data are provided and documents are updated, and supporting the launch team and production until the first pilot run summary


• Conducting ECR/ECN during development phase and maintain lesson-learned database frequently


• Thời gian thử việc: 60 days​


• Thời gian làm việc: 7:20 to 16:34, from Monday to Saturday, Note: 2 Saturday off/ month.

• Experience 02years above for manufacturing factory is prefer


• Knowledge about PLC Systems


• Knowledge IATF 16949, 7 QC tools, TPM,... and other problem


• English communication


• Good computer skills (office)


• Have good systematic thinking, analytical skill
