Production Engineer - Dau Giay, Dong Nai

Plan and monitor the product and component analysis; physical testing and performance evaluations.
Experience in Tools, Electronic, Motor, Mechanical Components will be advantage.
Support cost reduction actions and all other related quality and cost improvement programs.
Demonstrates a continuous effort to improving the product design and manufacturing product quality operations.
Work with the team to review how new component fit well into product design, component tolerances and requirements both at the product and component levels.
Use appropriate tools such 6S, Bottleneck Analysis, PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act), Poka- Yoke (Error Proofing), JIT, Root Cause Analysis to increase production competence.
Work with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality & Production team members.
Establish a structured approach to validate new or existing suppliers with their process readiness.
Conduct and perform New Product qualification during the New Product Development stage.

Ability to work effectively and independently.
Minimum 2 years of Engineering experiences
Proficiency in English.
Education: Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
Power Tools work experience is preferred.
Familiar with ISO9001, PFMEA
A Self Starter with a hands- on, eager to implement key initiatives and support through to the successful implementation.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Other Abilities Prefer candidates with knowledge on Power BI, VBA, CA
Familiar with gasoline products is a plus
