Production Engineer (Kỹ Sư Sản Xuất)

The Production Engineer is responsible to ensure most efficient production of the assigned product group, from trial stage to mass production
• Organizing, supervising and optimizing the production of stamping foil in respect of:
- work organization/ planning (= limiting downtimes/ waiting times)
- quality standard
- requested/ planned quantity
- delivery time
- safety standards
- environmental standards
- wastage reduction target
- maintenance requirement/ program.
• Analysis and problem solving in case of production issues.
• Research for process improvements and implement process improvements.
• Prepare production reports, and any other reports as and when required.
• Troubleshoot machine problems and initiate repair of equipment
• Training, supervising and coaching of operators, shift leaders and workers
• Ensure production/ machine operators are trained and are able to follow procedures
• Report performance matters of workers (i.e. work attitude, disciplinary issue…)
• Act as back-up for operators in their absence or when there is lack of manpower.
• Collaborate and align with other departments to ensure smooth processes
