Production Engineer

Supporting the handover of product development to launch team in pilot run, ensuring all the necessary data are provided and documents are updated, and supporting the launch team and production until the first pilot run summary
Reviewing product design according to customer requirement/information
Conducting ECR/ECN during development phase and maintain lesson-learned database frequently

Keep a good track of the sample manufacturing and be aware of existing problems; Preparing/updating the lesson-learned database according to trial-out report, problem-tracking report from process engineer
Reviewing project time plan, and preparing and updating new product development time plan within technical department
Reviewing tooling design with consideration of product structure, quality requirement and manufacturing process
Updating project LOP weekly
Reviewing working instruction for each process and MES scanning sheet
Preparing BOM, product label, FEMA, sample request sheet and ordering material for sample parts
Establishing and maintaining MES/ERP information as required
Reviewing process flow chart, plybook, layup design, prepreg nesting, estimated IE time and custom information
Evaluating new project information from customers and leading new product feasibility study
Company transportation
Thời gian làm việc: 7:20 to 16:34, from Monday to Saturday, Note: 2 Saturday off/ month.
Ensuring all the working instructions, BOM, plybook, layup design, part history etc. are updated and published on time
Thời gian thử việc: 60 days​
Participating the gate review, tracking the problem-solving and provide feedback

Good computer skills (office)
Knowledge IATF 16949, 7 QC tools, TPM,... and other problem
Graduated University (Technology, Mechanical,...)
Have good systematic thinking, analytical skill
English communication
Experience 02years above for manufacturing factory is prefer (Accept fresher)
