Job description:
Oversee project progress, quality, technical requirements, and safety for production works during operation:

Ensure that production activities adhere to the planned schedule and meet established technical standards.
Evaluate and enforce safety measures, ensuring employees comply with occupational safety regulations throughout operations, minimizing workplace accidents.
Monitor and supervise the quality of products at each stage of production, ensuring no errors that could impact the timeline or technical requirements.

Track machine utilization, manpower allocation, material supply, project progress, and prepare project reports:

Coordinate with relevant departments to oversee the timely supply of materials, ensuring no disruptions to the production timeline.
Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project progress, summarizing key milestones, challenges, and solutions.
Closely monitor the operational schedules of machinery and manpower utilization to optimize resources in production.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by superiors
Job Requirement:

Male, 22- 25 years old
Fresh graduate with Bachelor&039;s degree in the engineering field of Mechanical/ Machinery/Electronics/Mechatronics/Automation ...
Can use software such as AutoCAD, Solidworks...
Possess knowledge of product characteristics, process and equipment capabilities.
Be able to report in Japanese..
Effective team work and communication.

Working days: Monday- Friday (7:45 am- 4:30 pm, 45&039; lunch break)
13 months of salary
Shuttle bus: From Hang Xanh/ Thu Duc/ Ba Ria and Bien Hoa.
Language support: 500.000 VNĐ ~ 3.000.000 VNĐ
2 times bonus/year.
