Production Engineering Manager

Mascot International is one of Europe&039;s biggest workwear producers. The company has its head office in Denmark, and sales offices throughout Europe and factories in Vietnam and Laos, where the company employ 4.000 people.
The Production Engineering Manager will work in our factory in Hai Doung and report to the Managing Director for Mascot International in Vietnam and Laos and will be a member of the Management Team.
At Mascot International we are constantly improving quality and efficiency and producing more and more advanced products. We are therefore now establishing a Production Engineering Department to accelerate the implementation of automation and robotics and we are therefore hiring a manager to build up and lead this department.
The job:
Define optimization projects – find technical solutions – analyze costs and benefits.
Analyze production processes and identify areas to be optimized.
Manage the implantation of the technical solution.
Establish and manage a Production Engineering Department.

The person:
The candidate we are searching for is a structured and goal- focused person with both a good overview and attention to details, and who take initiative and responsibility.
Qualification required:
English, both spoken and written, at high level.
Solid experience with implementation of automation, robots and machinery.
Experience with leading a department or a team.
Experience from the garment industry is an advantage.
Engineering degree in relevant discipline e.g. industrial, production, automation.
Solid experience with optimizing industrial manufacturing
