Production Supervisor is the person who manages and operates the entire sewing lines and pressing to meet the productivity, quality and schedule set by the Board of Directors as well as on behalf of the company to urge and remind workers in the Workshop to comply with the company; rules in order to work with other departments

Job Details:
- Well implementation in the Sewing Lines, according to labor management, asset management and production management.
- Resolve personnel incidents, discipline violations of workers within their jurisdiction, and at the same time notify the Human Resources Department.
- Detect and strictly handle the employees who violate the rules to maintain the working regulations set out by the company
- Support the Technical/Sample department to solve problems arising in the production process so as not to affect the progress and product quality
- Assign work to each sewing lines to ensure the right work, enough capacity to achieve efficiency and save costs for the company.
- Propose options or methods (if necessary) contribute to increasing productivity in production, saving costs for the company.
- Closely monitor and expedite the Sewing lines and Pressing to strictly implement the production plan to meet the productivity, progress, and quality requirements.
- Review the entrance and exit papers, leave applications, leave the workers to move up before transferring to the Human Resources Department.
- Closely follow the production plan and deploy to the Sewing Lines and Pressing by daily, weekly, monthly, monitor the actual production process to confirm the delivery plan for the Planning department.
- Organize the implementation of professional and technical guidance according to the requirements to satisfy the quality requirements of customers.
- Summarize and evaluate the performance results according to the sewing lines; areas of expertise to propose to the Human Resources Department and the Company to discuss ways to operate production activities more effectively.
- Manage and use machinery and equipment to achieve the highest efficiency.
- Coordinate with the departments in the Sewing lines, make daily, weekly and monthly reports to make accurate and effective statistics.
- Manage and coordinate the equipment assigned to serve the production in the Sewing Lines and Pressing.
