Production Intern

· Collaborate with teams such as Quality Assurance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Sales to ensure alignment of goals and objectives for new product launches.
· Act as a liaison between the Production Department, R&D, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
· Requirement: fresh graduates in chemical engineering.
· Work closely with the Production and R&D teams to identify areas for process improvement, efficiency gains, and cost reduction.
· Maintain accurate records of trial processes, results, and feedback for future reference and continuous improvement.
· Data Analysis: Analyze trial results, gather feedback from various departments, and provide insights to improve product development processes.
· Project Management: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing new product trials and industrial tests under the guidance of senior team members.

· Working location: Mostly in Dong Nai/ Long An Province, have shuttle bus service and remote working policy (2- 3 days per week depending on tasks).
· Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Must have good academic records.
· Must be fluent in both written and spoken English.
· Must be a team player and able to work well with others.
· "Can Do" spirit.
· Must have a strong work ethic and be willing to learn.
· Final year or fresher students in bachelor’s or master’s degree program in a relevant field
