• Preferably experience within the functional area (1- 2 years)
• Strong sense of collaboration
• Experience and technical knowledge in plastic injection industry is preferable
• Traveling (occasionally, based on business needs)
• Communication skills
• Soft skills (communication, feedbacks, organization, systematic approach)
• IT common specialist level (MS office)
• Fluent in English (Writing and Speaking) is required
• Process thinking
• Experience with writing technical documentation and communication (min 1 year)
• Thrives at identifying training needs for staff
• Time flexibility (sometimes support for weekend shifts needed)
