* This role will be working temporarily at LEGO temporary office in District 1, HCMC (shuttle bus is provided from Bien Hoa, Binh Duong to the office) with frequent travel to factory site; and be relocated to Binh Duong by the end of 2024 or when the job requires.
Core responsibilities
• Work with other team members to support team ́s KPI and reach the goals of training organization
• Work as an ambassador for Standard Work and process understanding in The LEGO Group.
• Responsibility for actual, accurate and precise Standard Work documentation, which means- translation, revision, maintenance, uploading, creation, and administration and sharing of documentation.
• Close cooperation with Global Job Trainers and process owners (engineering, production,...) and other Technical writers by creation and alignment of documentation, responsibility for final version of documentation

• Cooperation with training organization and the daily operations
• Strong focus on precise processes description and documentation

Do you have what it takes?
• Soft skills (communication, feedbacks, organization, systematic approach)
• Experience with writing technical documentation and communication (min 1 year)
• Traveling (occasionally, based on business needs)
• Communication skills
• Strong sense of collaboration
• Fluent in English (Writing and Speaking) is required
• Preferably experience within the functional area (1- 2 years)
• Experience and technical knowledge in plastic injection industry is preferable
• Process thinking
• Thrives at identifying training needs for staff
• IT common specialist level (MS office)
• Time flexibility (sometimes support for weekend shifts needed)
