PRODUCTION LINE LEADER

- Control the output and quality as the indicated target.
- Perform other related tasks at the request of the Manager.
- Comply with all policies, regulations, and requirements of ISO 9001, employee handbook, work rules, etc.
- Work directly on the production line
- Control material consumption of every order,
- Make sure all staff are obeying the discipline.
- Implement the continuous improvement.
- Ensure efficiency is met the target.
- Control overtime
- Ensure all procedures are followed such as the 5 first products of the order, checking sample & TDS, quality feedback loop, and output delivery on time.
- Training, and improving matrix skills of workers to be more flexible.
- Ensure the production line is organized, tidy, and clean.
- Make sure all machines & tools are in good condition.

- At least 05 years of experience in production management.
- Strong organizational skills in strategy, communication at all levels, and execution.
- Strong use of Microsoft Office, Especially Word, and Excel
- Experience in the garment field
- Applicants living in Vung Tau will be given priority.
- Intermediate/college degree
- Eager to learn, pro- active, enthusiasm in working, and responsible.
- Knowledge of production processes and products.
- Basic English
- Strong leadership skills. Ability to lead, contribute, and influence others in a team- based Organization.
