Production & Maintenance Manager

- Handle logistics, warehousing and stock of raw materials used in production.
- Manages plant maintenance team to ensure they accomplish all critical functions such as PM’s, spare parts inventory management, and use disciplined problem-solving techniques to improve machine uptime, MTBF, and reduce overall equipment repair costs.
- Responsible for safety of machinery and occupational safety of all operations.
- Manage annual goals / objectives, performs Personal Development Reviews (PDR) on direct reports, fostering individual growth and development.
- Analyze and design lean manufacturing cells using effective systems and simulation tools to optimize, use of space, equipment, material and personnel and runs continuous improvement plans/projects to KPIs such as yield, set up times, FTR, MTBF.
- Stay informed concerning new manufacturing technologies and equipment in order to manufacture and reduce cost through efficiencies.
- Lead a team to support the manufacturing energy and water saving.
- Work closely with manufacturing and quality assurance to prevent problems with products and tooling.
- Ensures the quality of product to meet all specifications.
- Provides collaborative, supportive to the Technical of a factory group.
- Responsible for the attainment of the plant budget as it relates to the technical and maintenance group expenses, and contributes to the development and monitoring of area budget through regular analysis of cost and spending.

- Lean Six Sigma green belt certified, TPM implementation experience
- A Bachelor or Master degree with a major in Chemical, Food Technology, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, 22000, 14001 and 45001
- Maintenance management
- Project management
- Good level of English communication
- Male 35-48 years old
- A food/beverage production management experience is preferred, including food safety management
