Production & Maintenance Supervisor

Supervise subordinates to make them focus on their work as per Work Instruction including requirements of ISO, HACCP, GMP, KPI.
Analyze the cause of problems and corrective actions for the machinery breakdown that may affect production in order to get productivity and required quality.
Instruct and comment on daily, monthly production management work as per plan with the Shift Leaders.
Control and monitor the performance of machine, technicians and workers in production line based on the required procedure and method to ensure the production efficiency and reduction of possible risks.
Control & monitor finished goods, Loss control of raw materials, packing.
Other responsibilities as per assignment of Plant Manager and Production Manager.
Control production processes in accordance with daily and monthly production plan to get all finished products at required quality standard.
Follow KPI targets including the brief of work efficiency and monthly report to Production Manager.
Check and control over spare parts as well as make purchase request.

Education: Bachelor degree or higher level in Electrical- Electronics/ Automation/ Industrial electricity/ Mechatronic
Experience:
Experience in electric control & PLC​
Experience in leading production lines is a must
At least 3 year-experience at the same role in FMCG (F&B is a plus)
Priority candidates with knowledge of TPM, Maintenance Filling & packing process,
Languages: Good command in English (a must)
