Production Manager

PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:
Spartronics Viet Nam is seeking an excellent candidate who fits the culture and operation principle. Highly responsive to job requirements.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Production Management:
- Manage production data and help for reviewing and annalyzing to improve effeciency and reduce waste.
- Proposes measures to increase the productivity and effieciency of production processes.
- Responsible for the fulfillment of the daily production plan.
- Responsible for proper and verified technical documentation, Process Instruction, production method and work cycles.
- Collabrating with other department such as Quality, Engineering, WH, Planning to ensure production meets the company goals and revenue as well.
- Checks compliance with ISO standards in Production processes.
- Implement Gemba audit to coach subordiante all nonconformity to aware and proactively fix them.
- Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in the whole production place.
Continuous Improvement:
- Understanding 8 waste losses to eliminate all kind of waste.
- Drive production team to hit the Kaizen target.
- Annalysis and implement innovation/ kaizens to reduce and/ or restore any production losses.
Health and Safety:
- Gemba check with EHS to find out all kind of risk to health and safety
- Acts in such a way as to prevent accidents at work, immediately reports accidents at work to responsible person, writes a record of the accident, participates in the investigation of the cause of accidents, implementation of corrective measures.
- Control of compliance with established rules and regulations in the field of Health, Safety and environmental protection by all employees of production.
Quality:
- Collaborate with QA department to prepare the instruction, regulations in the field of Production, supervision of valid document.
- Reprots 8D to find out rootcause and take corrective action accordingly.
- Proactively problem solving daily quality issue to prevent defects.
People Managemant:
- Mantain a positive and suportive work environment.
- Recognize and reward your team members for their hard work and successes.
- Leading by example- your actions will set the tone for the rest of the team.
- Encourage teamwork and collaboration among team members.
- Co- operation with HRM in the field of labeo law, monitors compliance with work discipline and work rule, proposes disciplinary and corrective measure.
- Regulary evaluates employees and provides constructive feedback.
- Manage directly all staff of production departement and maintaining a culture of high performance in order to ensure the development of team members, transfer of know how, also guarantee the proper training of employees.
- Coaching and guideline potential candidate for next generation.

Education:
Bachelor&039;s degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, quality management, or a related field (master&039;s degree preferred)
Experience:
Minimum 5 years leadership experience in managing Production Departmentor a similar role within a PCBA or electronics manufacturing environment.
Others:
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good at English (reading, writing, speaking & listening).
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross- functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem- solving abilities.
- Deliverable requirement:
+ Zero finding in 7S or Auditor.
+ Production KPI achievement: Scrap, OEE, OTD, labor cost…
+ Zero incident in production.
+ Delivery on time.
+ Coaching next generation and strong team, hard working team.
+ Save cost through Kaizen application.
